SLI Batteries

SLI battery occupies a big part of our battery industry. In this field, the company has equipped with special battery manufacturing equipments and advanced detecting instruments. Our products are produced according to Chinese standad (GB5008. 1-3-91), Japanese Standard (JISD5301-1991), German Standard (DIN72310, DIN43539), Australian Standard (AS2149-1985), the USSR standard (roct 959-91) and the International Electrician Committee (IEC95-1) standard.

Series of SLI

HR PP MF

Structure and Characteristics for MF Batteries

Low-Resistance Envelope Separators

  1. Encapsulate negative plates
  2. Improve vibration durability
  3. Prevent"Treeing" and internal shorting between pos. and neg. plates

Flame Arrester

  1. Safety system
  2. Prevent the explosion from apark of outside
  3. Minimize the acid-leakage
  4. Prevent the inflow of dust

Hydrometer

At full charge, the electrolyte specific gravity is 1.280 while at 50% of charge considered the minimun serviceable condition, the specific gravity is typically 1.220. In a typically 1.220. In a typically situation when the specific gravity drops to 1.100, the battery is fully discharged.

Heat-Sealed Cover

  1. Prevent contamination and also adds to thw strength and rigidity.
  2. Include permanent flame arresters  to prevent and accidentals explosion from external aparks of flame
  3. Have hydrometer built in for faster checking.

Polypropylene Case

  1. Reinforced design is precisely tailored to support the battery elements.
  2. Material is exceptionally strong, durable and withstands road shocks and vibration.

Wrought Lead-calcium Grids

  1. Offer considerable strength
  2. Resistant to grid corrosion
  3. Over-charge resistance
  4. Minimal gassing and water usage
  5. Resist thermal runaway

Centered Cast-on plate Straps

  1. Stronger than the thinner gas-bumed conventional connectors
  2. Reduce the lever action movement resulting from road shock.
  3. Exclusive Patented Liquid Gas Sepatator
  4. Prevents electrolyte losses by collection and returning liquid to the reservoir.
  5. Vent allow the battery to "breathe" during temperature changes and charging.
