 APPLICATION:
The machine provides high voltage testing of inelastivity of
separator and short circuit testing of battery board,for 2-45AH
motorcycle batteries.
OPERATION: Automatic manner:Move the battery
onto the bench and locate it accurately,step on the floor push,the
detectors will lower to the position automatically. Computer
in the machine will automatically test the insulativity and
short circuit or not between the positive pole and negative
pole in each partition of the battery.If unqualified,the machine
will give an alam with light and sound.
FEATURE: High
voltage pulse,breakdown current detection of high sensitivity,high
voltage detectors with switch,be reliable and in safely. The
detector of testing mould of the machine can be adjusted to
suit for each kind of battery within 2-45AH,need not be changed.
