 APPLICATION:
The machine completes the thru thr partition inter cell connection
welds for 2-45AH motorcycle batteries.
OPERATION: Move the battery to the bench and
locate it accurately,step on the floor push,then the machine
will do the following welding processes automatically,head lower→press
lead head→welding→solidify→loose lead head→head
up and reset.
FEATURE: Constant
energy,constant current,welding processes controlled by computer
automatically and accurately. Weld energy automatically compensated
for the waved supply. Technological parameters can be set in
digital manner. At most 100 kinds of parameters of batteries
can be stored and recalled in the computer. The fall distance
of pneumatic welding head can be adjusted. The weld head is
made of special long life alloy.
