 APPLICATION:
The machine conducts torsional strength and heavy current tests
on weld joints,for 2-45Ah motorcycle batteries.
OPERATION: Move
the battery onto the bench and locate it accurately,step on
the floor push. Then the detector will lower to the position
and shear the weld joint,the computer will complete shearing
and heavy current testing the weld joint automatically. If unqualified,the
machine will give an alarm with light and sound.
FEATURE: Testing current and time controlled
by computer automatically and accurately,doing only heavy current
test for nondestructive test at min,shearing stress. Testing
parameters can be set in digital manner. At most 100 kinds of
parameters of batteries can be stored and recalled in the computer.
